Smudging is an ancient method of releasing the powerful healing and cleansing energies of plants by burning them, and using the smoke to purify places, objects, and persons. Purification incenses and smudging blends are essential for removing negativity from ourselves and our environments. (Please visit my pages on Incense, Herbs and the Aura for more information about many other natural purifying incenses.) Smudging removes negative energies, and and improves the environment we live in. Each kit comes with full instructions for use. |
