In a perfect world, I could assist everyone that contacts me. However, that is not always the case. When I cannot, it is usually for one of the reasons below.
I have very few "rules," but please take note of them.
1. I do not provide readings to anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian's express consent. No exceptions.
2. I will not perform anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. (Please come to your reading relaxed, but sober.)
3. I do not offer refunds for any reason for telephone readings, online readings, or dream readings, once the reading has been performed or provided. However, if I deem it necessary to terminate a session for any of the reasons below or for any other reason, I will offer the client a partial refund for any unused scheduled session time.
4. I reserve the right to refuse to participate in a reading, or to terminate a reading already begun, for any reason, including:
- If at the time of the appointment, the client is in an excessively noisy, distractive environment which will inhibit my ability to effectively perform a reading;
- If the client is calling from a cellular phone with an inaudible or inconsistent connection;
- If the client is behaving in a rude or offensive manner; or
- If if in my opinion, the client needs professional guidance and assistance beyond what I can reasonably offer through a psychic reading.
5. I do not provide medium readings. In other words, I cannot assist you to converse with or otherwise contact a loved one who has crossed over. If you are seeking a medium reading, there are many psychics who specialize in this field. |
